Last Revised: 2025-9-4

When you choose to utilize Ciivo, a cutting-edge application developed and maintained by Ciivo Team, you are entering into a comprehensive legal arrangement with our team. This agreement is designed to clearly outline the rights you hold, the responsibilities you undertake, and the parameters that govern your interaction with Ciivo. It is of utmost importance that you carefully review each provision; if you find any term unacceptable, we kindly request that you refrain from using the application.

1. Fundamental Principles of Use

This User Agreement serves as the cornerstone of the legal relationship between you and Ciivo Team. It applies to all aspects of your use of Ciivo, including but not limited to accessing the application, creating an account, sharing content, and engaging with other users. By initiating the use of Ciivo, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and fully agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Ciivo Team retains the authority to interpret this agreement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring fairness and compliance for all parties involved.

2. Qualifications for Using Ciivo

To be eligible for using Ciivo, you must be 17 years of age or older and possess the legal competence to enter into binding contracts within the jurisdiction where you reside. This requirement is rooted in the need to ensure that all users are capable of understanding and fulfilling the obligations outlined in this agreement. Individuals under the age of 17 are strictly prohibited from using Ciivo, regardless of whether they have obtained explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian, or whether they are under continuous adult supervision. No such consent or supervision shall render minor usage permissible, and guardians shall bear no responsibility for any unauthorized usage by minors as such usage is not allowed.

3. Management and Security of Your Ciivo Account

In order to unlock the full range of features and functionalities that Ciivo has to offer, you will be required to register for a user account. During the registration process, you are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and any other information requested. It is your responsibility to promptly update this information if any changes occur, ensuring that your account details remain accurate at all times.

You are solely accountable for maintaining the security of your account credentials, which include your username, password, and any other authentication information associated with your account. You must take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account, such as choosing a strong password, not sharing your credentials with others, and logging out of your account when using a public or shared device. Any activities conducted through your account, whether initiated by you or by an unauthorized third party who gains access to your credentials, shall be deemed your responsibility, and you shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Associated with Ciivo

All elements that constitute Ciivo, including but not limited to the software code, user interface designs, graphics, images, text, audio, video, brand logos, trademarks, and any other content contained within the application, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ciivo Team or its authorized licensors. These intellectual property rights are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Ciivo solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you strictly comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in Ciivo or its associated intellectual property.

When you upload, post, or otherwise share content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio) on Ciivo, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in that content. However, by sharing such content, you grant Ciivo Team a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any form, medium, or technology now known or hereafter developed. This license is necessary to enable Ciivo Team to operate, promote, and improve the Ciivo application and its services, as well as to make your content accessible to other users as intended.

5. Collection, Use, and Protection of Your Data

In the course of your use of Ciivo, Ciivo Team may collect certain personal data from you, such as your name, email address, usage patterns, and other information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated through your interaction with the application. The specific types of data collected and the manner in which it is used, stored, and protected are detailed in Ciivo’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. It is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy to understand how your data will be handled.

Ciivo Team is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We employ a combination of advanced technical measures (such as encryption, firewalls, and secure data storage) and strict organizational policies (such as access controls and employee training) to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, it is important to recognize that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while Ciivo Team strives to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk by using Ciivo.

6. Acceptable and Prohibited Conduct on Ciivo

Ciivo is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind. Ciivo Team makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of the content or services provided by Ciivo, nor does it warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ciivo Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Ciivo, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any other damages, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Ciivo Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the cause of action, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

8. Modifications to the Agreement and Termination of Services

Ciivo Team reserves the right to modify or update this User Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. When making material changes to the agreement, Ciivo Team will provide you with prior notice, which may be given through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means, at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The modified agreement will be effective as of the stated effective date, and your continued use of Ciivo after that date will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must cease using Ciivo.

Ciivo Team also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ciivo, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

· Your violation of any provision of this User Agreement;

· Your engagement in conduct that Ciivo Team, in its sole discretion, deems to be harmful to the interests of Ciivo Team, other users, or the public;

· A request from a law enforcement agency or other government authority;

· Technical difficulties or the need to perform maintenance or upgrades to the application.

Upon termination of your access to Ciivo, you shall cease all use of the application, and any licenses granted to you herein shall immediately terminate. Sections of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination (such as those relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ciivo Team has its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement, or your use of Ciivo, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and Ciivo Team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period of time (not to exceed 30 days), the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the arbitration institution designated by Ciivo Team, located in the jurisdiction where Ciivo Team is headquartered. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent Ciivo Team from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent immediate harm.
